Skills Competitions
Estonia is a member of international organizations WorldSkills and EuroSkills.
Competitors are selected for the WorldSkills and EuroSkills competitions at national skills competitions. Estonia has a long tradition of organizing skills competitions and the further development of this tradition is part of the ESF programme Popularization of Vocational Education launched in 2008. A single model for the national skills competitions has been developed in the course of the programme and the range of specialties included in the skills competitions has expanded.
